PAINT THE TOWN PLATINUM PACKAGE - Starting from $2,500.00 This package is for the couple that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into making a wedding truly memorable. The full planning wedding package includes:•Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary •Unlimited phone and email availability •A minimum of three planning meetings between clients and planner •Assistance in preparing a budget •Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists •Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues •Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding •Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired •Provide a list of preferred vendors •Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors •Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings •Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner •Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products •Assist with the choosing of invitations •Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending •Ceremony planning •Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors •Walk-through with client at selected sites of the wedding •Timelines prepared the month of the wedding •Consultation with vendors the month of the wedding Meeting reviews of all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding This package also includes all items provided in the Silver Soiree and Golden Gala Package.GOLDEN GALA PACKAGE - Starting from $1,500.00 This package is for the couple that has started the planning, found the venue, and the major items that may be needed in planning their wedding and they need someone to help them complete it. It covers all the unfinished details that the couple needs assistance on and helps make the couples vision a reality. The wedding planning package includes:•Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary •Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings •Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner •Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products •Assist with the choosing of invitations •Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending •Ceremony planning •Reception planning •Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors •Walk-through with client at the selected sites for the wedding/reception •Timelines prepared the month of the wedding •Consultation with vendors the month of the wedding •Meeting reviews of all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding This package also includes all items provided in the Silver Soiree Package.SILVER SOIREE PACKAGE - Starting from $950.00(i.e. Day Of Coordination)We handle every detail on the day of the wedding so that the wedding party and family are relaxed and free to enjoy your biggest moment. The rehearsal and wedding day planning package includes:Rehearsal•Consultations with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding and determine how they wish the wedding to flow •Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary •Attendance and direction (coordinated with officiant) at the rehearsal (up to two hours) •Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. Wedding Day•Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day •Attend overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours) •Receive deliveries and greet vendor •Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned •Assist with handing out wedding flowers pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc. •Provide wedding emergency kit •Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc. •Help photographer get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer •Make sure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc. •Arrange grand entrance •Handle any problems that come up with caterer •Make sure things are running on schedule •Make sure all vendors receive final payments as needed •Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged spot •Collect guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged spot •Make sure transportation is running on time •Provide a stress free day for the bride and groom BRONZE BASH PACKAGE - Starting from $300.00(i.e. Expert Consultation)This is for the couple, that doesn't know where to start or has made their own plans, believes they have everything handled, but would like an expert to go over everything. The planner will make suggestions on timelines, theme, and vendors. This is perfect for the couple that wants the guidance of a wedding planner. We will meet and go over any questions the couple may have. Paint The Town Productions, LLC was founded in early 2010 by Alaina Bertrand & Janice Rollins. “PTTP”, as we have affectionately nicknamed it, is a full service event planning company that specializes in weddings, social, and corporate events. We are dedicated to exceeding client expectations by providing personalized, professional service and delivering an unforgettable experience. Through exceptional organization skills, negotiation savvy, and a focus on quality customer service, we strive to execute flawless events for every client.We have Certificates from USF in Meeting & Event Planning and have apprenticed under the talented hands of one of the more renowned planners in the Tampa Bay area. As active members of MPI (Meeting Professionals International), our vendor resources are virtually limitless. We will ensure the right team of professionals comes together to create lasting memories for you and your guests. We are passionate about keeping up with the latest trends by attending industry related tradeshows and continuing education workshops. Having a keen eye and attention to detail doesn't hurt either! I highly recommend PTTP!! Janice and Alaina make a great pair. Janice quadruple-checked everything along the way to keep us organized, and Alaina kept the creative juices flowing. They had such great ideas for everything and they just “got it” as far as understanding our style and leading us in the right directions. I know too many brides who have said, given the chance to go back, they would’ve eloped to avoid the headaches. Not so for me – my husband and I would do this again every year if we could! The whole day was seamless—or if there were any hiccups along the way, I didn’t know about them because Janice and Alaina took care of things and left me to focus on getting ready for the biggest night of my life.
